How do I place an order?
Credit is only granted upon receipt of an official stamped and authorised purchase order from public sector bodies. We will accept Purchase Orders received via:

What details should I include on my purchases order?
- Order originator contact details. (Full name, postal address, email address and phone number).

- A purchase order number or reference which should be clearly identifiable
- Details of the items you want to purchase, including the following (where applicable) including: quantity, product ID, name, detail of any variables, price
- Full authorizing signatures and stamp
- Any special instructions, for example regarding delivery. These will be complied with wherever possible

Sometimes you may want to request an official quote in compliance with your purchasing procedures. When will we receive our order?
Where goods are in stock we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours upon receipt of your purchase order. We will comply with any special requests you may have made on your order regarding delivery details/personnel/dates wherever practically possible. If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order due to stock problems we will contact you.

Do you do installation work?
Within the public sector we regularly design and install systems throughout the UK for training rooms, waiting areas, conference rooms, and lecture theatres. Whether new build or inclusion within an existing facility we will be able to advise on how to achieve the best integrated audio visual solution.
Given the requirement for providing good accessibility for all, we can also assist councils, hospitals and government bodies in developing AV strategies, and to ensure best compliance with current accessibility legislation.
We have worked alongside numerous PPP and PFI contractors on new build primary and secondary schools, as well as hospitals and other pubic/private sector buildings. Our installation team provide a complete solution via project management services that cover the planning, design, installation and maintenance stages of a wide range of projects.
Within assembly and lecture theatres we have also designed and installed fully integrated AV systems to include projection equipment, PA systems and infra red induction loop systems. We can also help you choose the most appropriate projection screens depending on the room design and your requirements - whether it be Electric, Manual, Tripod, Ceiling, Ascending, fastfold or another alternative.
