As a guideline, our general delivery costs (ex VAT) are:

UK Mainland: £7.50
UK Non Mainland (inc N Ireland): £15.00
Republic of Ireland: £20.00

Delivery charges quoted on this site are for standard deliveries, extra charges may be applied for large orders and bulky items such as Plasma Screens. We will notify you if this is the case. Costs will vary from country to country. Products are delivered either from our warehouse or direct from one of distribution partners. Goods must be signed for on delivery.

Where will my order be delivered to?

Business, Government and Public Sector orders

Delivery will be to designated business delivery address, subject to necessary checks being undertaken.

Personal Orders

For security reasons on personal orders we will only be able to deliver your order to the following:

  • Your registered home address
  • Your place of work

If you request delivery to your place of work, we will also need details of your home address and billing address for your card.

How long will my order take?

We will endeavour to despatch most items within 1 working day of your order and in many instances the same day. As you would expect, this is subject to successful security checks if required.

If you order is going to take 5 days or more to be delivered, we will endeavour to inform you via email. Please note some bulkier items may require special delivery (e.g large screens, large noticeboards etc) and as such it will not be possible to deliver within 48 hours. We will endeavour to keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

Delivery will usually take place with either:

    • UPS Worldwide (UK mainland)
    • Initial CityLink (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands)
    • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Small orders)

When will my parcel be delivered?

Delivery will generally take place Monday to Friday between 9am-5.30pm and you will be required to sign for the parcel. Special timed deliveries e.g. Saturday morning, Pre noon, Pre 9 etc can be arranged if required. These will be charged at cost.

What happens if I'm not in when the courier comes?

If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will leave a card for you with details of your parcel reference and a telephone contact number. You can then contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery. Please note that re-deliveries cannot be arranged for Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please also note, once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse we cannot change the delivery destination address.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are unable to accept delivery instructions such as leave at back door. In the event that we do accept these conditions, you accept full risk and liability for doing so and will not be covered by our transport insurance policies.

My parcel hasn't turned up yet!

If you have already been notified by E-mail from our despatch warehouse and your product has not been delivered or you haven't received any notification from the courier. Please E-mail or call our customer service department:

Should I keep the original packaging?

Please save the carton your goods are delivered in and the packing material. In the event you wish to return the equipment for factory authorised servicing, it will require the same secure packaging that it was supplied in. If shipped in lighter packaging, it may cause the warranty to be cancelled. A and C Audio Visual will not be held liable for any damages caused due to inappropriate packaging of an item which is being returned.
